  • Are all of your classes heated?
No! For the time being and during the warm summer months all of our classes will be unheated. Come winter, we will be adding infrared heated panels to our studio space and will offer both heated and non-heated class styles. There will always be classes on the schedule that are not heated by the infrared panels for those who are unable to exercise in the heat (ie: pregnancy).

  • How can I book the recovery room and what’s included?
The recovery room can be booked in 45 minute intervals. It works the same as booking into a studio class! Just view our Recovery Room schedule and pick an open time slot. The Recovery Room rate varies depending on if you are a monthly paying member at the studio and how many sessions you are purchasing. There are discounted rates for purchasing sessions in bulk. There are also monthly autopay membership options that include a certain amount of Recovery Room sessions per month. All of the payment options can be found on the booking page of our website! The Recovery Room includes a dry sauna, a hot/cold shower (although we recommend a cold shower after a sauna session), RED Light Therapy (coming soon), Tea, Essential Oils, Foal Rollers, Theraguns, Personalized Audio Speaker (choice of music, sound therapy, audio meditations for relaxation, etc.), plus a variety of other wellness products and modalities for your use. Feel free to enjoy anything within the Recovery Room during your session and know that the room is cleaned and sanitized between each booking.
  • Do you have a no-show or cancellation policy?
We do! Unfortunately as with most studios, our classes have a limited capacity and our Recovery Room can only be booked one person at a time. All information on our no-show and cancellation policies can be found by clicking the appropriate link in the footer of our site. For studio classes, the cancellation window is 3-hours. This means if you cancel 3-hours prior to class, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 3-hours of class start time, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you are booked for a class and you simply just do not show up, you will be charged a $20 no show fee. We really encourage people to only book into classes that they intend on coming to. It can be very frustrating when people just book to book because they are worried a class will fill up and then they do not attend. There are so many classes on our schedule, there will always be a space for you to join. More often than not, on the day of, classes will have spaces open up. This policy just encourages you to make a commitment to yourself and keep it. It also holds you accountable to the time that you set out for yourself in the day. We understand that sickness and last minute emergencies pop-up and we will try our best to accommodate you but if it is a recurring pattern you will be charged. Please contact the studio if you have questions or concerns about our cancellation policy. NOTE: If you are on the waitlist for a class, you can be added into the class up until 1-hour prior to class start time. If you are on the waitlist and you no longer plan to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist so someone else can have the opportunity to get into class and so that you can avoid getting charged! If you get added into a class from the waitlist and you cancel that class, you will still be charged if it's within the 3-hour window so please keep this in mind!
  • How early should I arrive to class?
Please try to arrive 5-15 minutes prior to class start time. If you are a brand new member who has never been to the studio, then the earlier the better! This allows you enough time to change, fill your water, use the bathroom, get your spot and the equipment needed for the class. If you are not to class by class start time, unfortunately you will be unable to attend. There are several reasons for this. All of our classes start on time and it disrupts the class when people shuffle in late. Plus, some of our classes use heavy weights and it’s not safe to come to a class late without a proper warm up and start lifting heavy. If someone on the waitlist arrives hoping to get into class and you are not there on time, your spot will be given away to them. We understand this may sound harsh, but we are all about giving people the skills to live their most optimal life. Time management is an important skill to practice and will help you in so many areas of your life. So practice time management here by getting to class on time!

  • Do you have vegan and gluten-free options at the Wellness Cafe?
