RECOVERY ROOM & SAUNA GUIDELINES

Welcome to our Recovery Room! The room is yours to enjoy for your 45-minute session. Below is our suggested use of the space.

  • Make sure to grab your optional free tea, salt scrub, clay mask, and aloe moisturizer from the front desk upon arrival.

  • Change into your bathing suit and grab one of the provided towels in the space

​

  • Max time in the sauna is 30-minutes however we suggest 15 minutes followed by a cold shower then another 15 minutes finishing with a cold shower. It is always the best idea to finish your session with a cold shower to re-awaken your body.

  • You are more than welcome to utilize any other modalities in the Recovery Room with your remaining time including our custom acupressure rocks, RED light therapy, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, skin care routine and more.

  • Please be sure when you are finished to remove any excess water off the floors with your towel, then leave your towel in the laundry hamper before you go.

RECOVERY ROOM & SAUNA SAFETY

  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.

  • Bathing suits are to be worn during your sauna session and please ensure you sit on a towel while in the sauna.

  • If you experience any pain or discomfort immediately discontinue using the sauna.

  • If you are on any medications please consult with your doctor prior to using the sauna.

  • Do not use drugs, tobacco or alcohol prior to or during your sauna session.

  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the sauna.

  • Discontinue use of the sauna if you feel lightheaded, dizzy, heat exhausted, or unwell.

  • There will always be a staff member at the front desk if you have questions, need additional support, or are feeling extremely unwell and need assistance.
